VP ADMINISTRATIONHelena Mazurek is a Program Coordinator for the Student Conservation Association where she connects young professionals with opportunities to grow their skills as environmental stewards and educators at the NYSDEC and non-profits in the Hudson Valley. She feels passionate about increasing inclusivity and belonging in the outdoors through education and accessible experiences. Her love of nature started with a fascination of wildlife and foraging for mushrooms with her grandparents in Poland. Helena holds a dual BS in Animal Behavior, Ecology, & Conservation and Psychology from Canisius University. As much as possible she is traveling, gardening with her cats, or finding a new craft to try.
